How to Calculate Employees' Provident Fund Balance and Interest

 பணியாளர் மற்றும் முதலாளியின் பங்களிப்பு மொத்தம் பணியாளர் வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதி அமைப்பில் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட நிதியில் டெபாசிட் செய்யப்படுகிறது.


பணியாளர் வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதி (ஈபிஎஃப்) என்பது ஓய்வூதிய சேமிப்பு விருப்பமாகும், இது நீண்ட காலத்திற்கு குறிப்பாக குறிக்கப்படுகிறது.  20 அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட ஊழியர்களைக் கொண்ட எந்தவொரு நிறுவனமும் EPF கழிக்க விருப்பத்துடன் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. EPF-ஐப் பொறுத்தவரை, ஒரு ஊழியர் அடிப்படை சம்பளத்தில் 12 சதவீதத்தையும், முதலாளி 8.33 சதவீத ஊழியர்களின் ஓய்வூதிய திட்டத்திற்கும், 3.67 சதவீத ஊழியர்களின் EPF. 

பணியாளர் மற்றும் முதலாளியின் பங்களிப்பு மொத்தம் பணியாளர் வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதி அமைப்பில் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட நிதியில் டெபாசிட் செய்யப்படுகிறது.  மாதாந்திர இயக்க நிலுவை அடிப்படையில் ஒரு வட்டி தொகை வழங்கப்பட்டு நிதியாண்டின் இறுதியில் நிதியில் சேர்க்கப்படும்.

ரூ. 15,000 க்கும் குறைவான சம்பளத்தை பெறும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு EPF விலக்கு கட்டாயமாகும், ஆனால் மற்றவர்கள் ஈபிஎஃப்ஒவின் படிவம் 11 இல் செய்யப்பட்ட அறிவிப்பின் மூலம் இந்த திட்டத்திலிருந்து விலகலாம்.

தற்போதைய EPF வட்டி விகிதம் என்ன?

வருடாந்த அடிப்படையில் EPFO நிதிகளுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டிய வட்டி விகிதத்தை ஈபிஎஃப்ஒ தீர்மானிக்கிறது.  வட்டி விகிதம் சந்தை நிலையைப் பொறுத்தது மற்றும் மத்திய அரசின் நிதி அமைச்சகத்தால் ஆராயப்படுகிறது. EPF நிதியின் தற்போதைய வட்டி விகிதம் 8.5% p.a.  இது 2020-21 நிதியாண்டின் வட்டி விகிதத்திலிருந்து மாறாமல் உள்ளது.

EPF Interest calculation

EPF அடிப்படை சம்பளம் மற்றும் அன்பான கொடுப்பனவு ரூ .15,000 ஆகவும், தற்போதைய வட்டி விகிதம் 8.5 சதவீதமாகவும் இருந்தால், EPF வட்டி கணக்கீடு இங்கே.

Basic Salary + D.A. = Rs 15,000

Employee’s Contribution towards EPF = 12 % of Rs 15,000 i.e. Rs 1800

Employer’s contribution towards EPS = 8.33% of Rs 15,000 = Rs 1250

Employer’s contribution towards EPF = 3.67% of Rs 15,000 = Rs 550 (round of Rs 550.5)

Total contribution = Rs 2,350

தற்போதைய வட்டி விகிதம் 8.5% p.a.


 வட்டி மாதாந்திர இயக்க இருப்பு அடிப்படையில் கணக்கிடப்படுவதால், மாதத்திற்கு பொருந்தும் வட்டி = 8.50% / 12 = 0.7083%


 முதல் மாதத்திற்கான இபிஎஃப் பங்களிப்பு = ரூ .2,350

 முதல் மாதத்திற்கு ஈ.பி.எஃப் மீது ஆர்வம் இல்லை

 இரண்டாவது மாத பங்களிப்பு = ரூ .2,350

 மொத்த இபிஎஃப் இருப்பு = ரூ .4,700

மே =, 4,700 * 0.7083% = ₹ 33.29 க்கான ஈபிஎஃப் பங்களிப்புக்கான வட்டி.
